Some web sites show everything in stock, with out really knowing if it is or not. This is not our policy!

If our software shows items in stock, they really are. Our database updates from our suppliers' databases every 8 hours or less. Note: The stock quantities you see are accurate to within 8 hours. Exceptions to above. 2. Occasionally if there are only 1 or 2 of a particular item in stock, and order placed before yours may take them. In this case we contact you immediately, during business hours, by both phone and email. Often we can help you find and alternate product. We will have an eta for restock when we call you. 3. Bathtubs may take an extra 24 hours to ship due to special handling. These items must ship motor freight. 4. No weekend or holiday shipping.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

1. We process orders as soon as they come in. 8 AM - 8PM 7 days a week.
2. You will get a Update email when we process your order.
3. UPSable Faucets, Sinks and World Imports Lighting Ship the same day. If ordered by 4pm. EST
4. Next Day Air Saver Orders Cut-Off Time is 5 PM EST. Next Day Orderes placed after this may not ship intil the next morning.
5. For Next Day AM or Saturday Delivery. Give us a call or email before placing your order.
6. Heavy items Like Tubs or Very Large World Imports chandeliers and cast iron sinks ship motor freight. They ship within 24 hours after palletizing.
7. Artisan sinks ship with in 24 hours.
8. All shipping times are week days. NO WEEKEND SHIPPING. (We may process your weekend order, but it will not ship until a weekday.)
9. You will get a Tracking email as soon as tracking is available.
