If our software shows items in stock, they really are. Our database updates from our suppliers' databases every 8 hours or less. Note: The stock quantities you see are accurate to within 8 hours.

In this case we contact you immediately, during business hours, by both phone and email. Often we can help you find and alternate product. We will have an eta for restock when we call you.

1. All UPS shippable plumbing and World Imports products generally SHIP SAME DAY if ordered by 4pm EST.
Delivery times very by zip code, 1 to 7 days.
2. After 4pm EST they may still ship same day or the next morning at the latest.
3. Motor Freight shipped items like bathtubs ship with-in 24 hours as soon as the order is palletized.
